1 General Terms

L89 tw (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between l89 tw and its members.

4 Deposit & Payment

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings:

• The account must be fully verified (email, phone, and identity verification).
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once (for standard withdrawal requests).
• Bonus balance is subject to specific wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Processing Time

• Rocket: 15 to 30 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 2 to 4 hours (during banking hours)

7 Betting Rules

• If odds change, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found
• If the event organizer officially declares the result void
• If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical issue

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l89 tw:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Match fixing or manipulation of sports event outcomes
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Accessing another member's account without authorization
• Hacking or malicious activity targeting platform software
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the gaming system
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting

9 Account Closure

Closed by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting Customer Support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

L89 tw may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false or inaccurate information
• Failure to submit required documents
• Suspicious Financial Transactions
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months)
